Read on to find out everything you need to know about this can’t miss event.

When is the Great American Summer?

The Great American Summer kicks off on June 14 and ends on August 3. During the festival, the theme park will be open from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. Trust us, you’ll definitely make the most of these extended hours!

Where is everything happening?

All of the fun will be at the Dollywood theme park located at 2700 Dollywood Parks Blvd. in Pigeon Forge TN 37863.

Are there really fireworks every night?

There sure are! Each evening, guests will experience Dolly’s Nights of Many Colors: an amazing fireworks display set to original music. Dolly Parton herself wrote the signature song “Paint Your Dreams Across the Sky” just for this occasion.

Where are the best places to watch the fireworks?

The fireworks will be visible throughout the park, but they will be especially stunning near the following areas:

  • The Front Gate in front of the Southern Gospel Music Association Hall of Fame                 Country Fair in front of the Grandstand Cafe
  • Timber Canyon/Wilderness Pass
  • Adventures in Imagination between Dolly’s Closet and Dreamsong Theater

For an exhilarating fireworks experience, try riding the Wild Eagle roller coaster when the show starts!

What sort of music will there be? Red and yellow fireworks
