The entire staff was very helpful and easy to deal with any questions that i had before and during my stay. As i stay at many cabins in the area this is my first visit to Aunt Bugs enjoyed the cabin and my visit so much i booked the same cabin for a week in July.

Great, just what we needed. We needed a pet friendly cabin for a well behaved large dog. The cabin was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Loved the cabin that we stayed in (201) . The water had a smell to it but I know what it was. The sofa had dog hair on it on the bed part. But everything else was great. Will be back in the future with Aunt Bugs.

Had a very good time! Enjoyed the cabin and our time at the Smokies! The driveway was a bit un-nerving at first, but we got use to it after a few trips. Would recommend adding a note encouraging all-wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles for our cabin in particular (Simply Serene). We did manage and loved the privacy though!

Simply Serene was a very cozy, clean cabin, in a convenient location. We truly enjoyed our stay there and hope to return at some point in the future, the only drawback is the fenced yard for the small pets who fit right through the gaps of the fence boards lol. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

The cabin was perfect for my family of 3. We loved the location! The only issue was the water had a funny smell to it. Otherwise, we would have rated it 5 stars.

The cabin was very well maintained an clean an incredible stay there. The only thing I could say we didn’t like was the smell of the water. Smelt like raw sewer.

Directions to the cabin were very good and easy to follow. The cabin was the perfect size for us and had all the amenities we needed. The only suggestion I’d make is to move the furniture around so that it isn’t as hard to maneuver to play pool. The check out process was easy too, although we got on the road early and I forgot to call.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The only thing I would suggest is that the outside trash can should have a lock to better keep the wildlife out of it. I will be sure to bring my own lock next time. Other than that, it was a great vacation.

Everything was well prepped for us when we arrived. Hot tub was freshly filled and running to warm up. Cabin was clean and well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Overall this was a smooth transaction and the family and I really enjoyed our trip! Thanks!

Place was nice, checkin and checkout very easy. Had no problems with the cabin during our stay. My only suggestion would be to trim the grass in the fenced in area, it would help if the grass was short to keep it clean when you bring dogs! Thank you!

The only issue we had was that the grass in the fenced in dog area needed cut. I also found two piles of dog poo in the yard I had to clean up before I let my dog out into the yard.

Words can’t describe our experience! We loved it. The cabin feel with all the convenience of city living. The setting and decor was marvelous. We will definitely be back in October. Unfortunately we did not see a bear😳

Easy keyless check in. Secluded and quite. Loved the fenced yard for the dog. Close to Pigeon Forge.

The vacation was good but too hot which wasn’t your fault. The cabin was good but no lighting on the screen porch which was disappointing. The two recliners were still broken. Other than that the stay was great.

Everything was clean and all necessities provided. We loved the view and all the rocking chairs to enjoy it. The ease of check in and out was so easy. We loved our stay and will be back

It was a great stay. I loved that I was able to ck-in and ck-out over the phone or by email. This was so much easier.

Jacuzzi was slimy.. other than that exactly what was expected.

This property was great! We traveled with 3 children and 2 dogs. The location was perfect. The kids enjoyed the screened porch and hot tub while the dogs loved the fenced in backyard! We will be back.

It has been two years since we last stayed in this same cabin. We’ve always loved this one. And after several stats you notice the upkeep is beginning to lax. This cabin states it sleeps 6 yet the sleeper sofa is no longer there leaving two beds. The garden tub removal was a surprise as well. Spider webs In the ceiling and the windows were a concern as was the cleanliness of the large windows. As for the recliners in the cabin, they are the same ones from our last visit. Someone is going to be injured in them. Neither should be used again as they are broken to the point if reclined you ya e to roll out of them and force the foot of them to close. The small fenced area for pets was a nice gesture with the exception of the grill being fenced into the same area. The driveway from the main road to the cabin we were so happy to see attention had been given to that. It was a rough drive before that was repaired. At one time there was a path down from the cabin to the area below where a swing was at. You could walk the path to it. The swing was gone the last time we stayed and now there’s not even a path to walk down to the open spot as the weeds have become so tall and thick. We love this cabin as we have been staying here for many years. And we hope to return again. Our hope is that some of these small things will be repaired or replaced before that time. There seemed to be confusion within Guest Services multiple times - they didn't know I'd already submitted a pet agreement, and they called at 10:30AM a day earlier than I was scheduled to depart saying that I should've left. They figured it out once I corrected them. Minor things. Everyone was, however, incredibly friendly and personable. The photos listed on your website of the cabin were outdated. I did expect a Jacuzzi tub to be in the cabin, since it was pictured. The fenced-in yard was overgrown and taller than my dog, so he didn't actually enjoy being in it at all. It was way overdue for a cut. The pool table felt really needs cleaned. It's offputting. Overall the location, ease of reservation&check-in, amenities, and price far outweighed any issues we could find during our stay. Everyone that I spoke to or encountered in emails was SO nice and made me feel completely at ease with my rental decision prior to arrival, even with some errors. Lastly, I do appreciate how much you've done to accommodate travelers with dogs. This particular rental puts all other "dog-friendly" cabins to shame. We all loved staying in Simply Serene and will definitely be returning!

It was wonderful. My son lives in Pigeon Forge but in a small apartment so his dad and I rented the cabin for a long weekend visit. We really enjoyed the cabin.

Cabin was beautiful and clean upon arrival. The only negative thing I can say about the cabin is there were furniture that had been broken before our arrival and the nut tree near the driveway beads to go before another car gets damaged by nuts falling onto hood of vehicle. Loved the express check in and everyone was very friendly at Aunt Bug’s. Will be staying with Aunt Bug’s in the future.

Everything was great. Only thing we wish that there would have at least been some dish soap and salt and pepper. We have stayed in a lot of places and this is the first one that was so bare bones.

The booking company was disjointed. I was called to confirm pet deposit then a week later guy called and said he wanted to verify I was not bringing a pet? Need to update your email instructions to allow people to scan and email docs to you, nobody uses fax any more. Other than that, stay was great.

Everything was great. The only problem was the trash bin outside was never emptied and it was full when we got there.
