☀ What does the drive there look like?
➜ Transparently, the drive up to the property can be steep and winding. We recommend arriving before sundown, as it can be uncomfortable/scary to navigate in the dark. We also recommend using a reliable, up-to-date GPS app to navigate to the property.

☀ Is this property handicap accessible?
➜ This property is not ADA compliant. Two flights of stairs are required to access the unit.

☀ Do you need to bring your own linens?
➜ No, no and absolutely not! Our promise to our guests is to provide consistency and to us, consistency means ensuring essentials. We will provide sheets, towels, washcloths, etc. so that you can fill your bags with more exciting things!

☀ What other amenities do you provide?
➜ We provide full bottles of hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in every full bathroom. We also provide ample trash bags for the kitchen & bathrooms. Additionally, we provide a starter set of the following items that you might want to bring or purchase extra, depending on your length of stay: K-Cups, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, & laundry pods (for units with washers & dryers).

☀ What is it like in the winter?
➜ Beautiful! You'll likely have views of snow-capped mountains, even if there is no snow on the ground at the resort. However, when snow or ice falls, or temps dip below freezing, issues can arise. While the resort does a great job at plowing & salting, we can not guarantee access won't be impacted. We also can not guarantee that pipes will not freeze or power won't be affected.

☀ How many pets are allowed and is there a fee?
➜ Per HOA policy, pets are not allowed. If you choose to ignore this and bring a pet, you are subject to being fined by the HOA. Certified service animals are always welcome.

☀ Is there EV Charging station?
➜ Yes, EV charging stations are available in front of the first “E” building, located next door to the clubhouse/office. Please note that these chargers are shared facilities and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Deer Ridge Mountain Resort

1. Smoking is NOT allowed on the inside of the premises. All cigarette butts or cigar remnants need to be properly disposed of, or a $100 fine will apply. Smoking inside the premises will result in a fee of $250.

2. Guests are entitled to quiet enjoyment of the premises during their stay and should extend the same courtesy to others. From the hours of 9:00pm - 9:00am noise should be kept to a minimum as would be expected in a traditional residential area. Fines to the Owner resulting from noise complaints will be assessed to the Guest.

3. People other than those in the Guest’s party set forth in the reservation may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest.

4. All of the properties are privately owned; the Property Managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.

6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.

7. Parking: Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per bedroom. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. A charge of $25 will be assessed for any missing towels at the end of your stay. Dishes will need to be put in the dishwasher and the dishwasher started. Dishes not placed in the dishwasher will prompt an additional $50 fee. Our cleaners work on very tight turnarounds and failing to start the dishwasher can add an additional 1-2 hours to their cleaning time.

9. Hot Tub: No children under the age of 5 permitted in hot tubs at any time and children over the age of 5 not permitted without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.

10. Fireplace: For wood burning fireplaces, only substances such as wood or fire starters should be used in it. Never put plastic or metal in the fireplace.

11. Water and Septic: Many of our properties are on a well and septic system. The mineral content in the water is high. During a drought, the well water may have an odor. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $250 to have a plumber unclog the system.]

12. Inclement Weather: No refunds will be given for storms unless specifically permitted by host due to unique circumstances. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Roads are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions. It is highly recommended that guests purchase travel insurance if losing money due to unexpected situations is a concern.
