We were there for a very quick trip. The view is gorgeous and the beds were really comfortable. The house was equipped with a lot of fun games that would be enjoyed for those spending time in the house. Just couldn't figure out the master bedroom TV, directions would have been ideal.

Aunt Bugs staff was very friendly both over the phone and in person. Never had to call the office for any concerns or issues. Stayed in #232. Cabin was nice. Needs some TLC as the cabin in showing some age- just needs some decor and furniture updates (for the owners not the management company).

Amazing experience and stay at Tennessee Treasures. The cabin was beautiful and felt like home. Loved the view of the mountains and the natural sunlight that peaks through the windows.

We had a great time at the cabin! The view was gorgeous. The cabin was clean and spacious. The only downfall is the two bathrooms in the cabin are in the bedrooms and those who are staying in the loft area would need to use the bathroom in one the bedrooms. A half bathroom would have been great to have for guests not in the bedrooms. Otherwise we had a great experience!

The experience was nice would rent from you again. We did have issues with the air mattress and when I called they did help to take care of it

Our only issue was that since the carpet had been steam cleaned the day of our arrival (which was actually very appreciated) it was still quite wet. Enough so, that if walking on it in stocking feet, you left wet footprints elsewhere. We didn't want to sit on the floor or even set luggage on the carpet. It didn't feel fully dry until the evening of our second day. A minor inconvenience and nothing that made our visit any less enjoyable. We really had a great stay and would consider this location again. Thank you!

We stayed in #232 TN Treasure and it exceeded expectations. Lots of room, adorable, and clean. Beds were comfortable and the kids loved the game room and hot tub. We were walking distance to the pool. My favorite was the breathtaking view of the Smoky Mtns from the deck. Will definitely go again.

My daughters and I spent weekend in this cabin in late May. We enjoyed perfect weather and the views from the cabin were wonderful. Great location too... able to get to Gatlinburg without having to deal with a lot of traffic. Cabin has all the amenities you would want.

We had a great stay. Here are a couple minor suggestions that could improve the stay for future guests. The front entrance and steps were covered in bird poop, which was not pleasant. The cabin could use a pot holder - pans are provided but nothing to remove them from oven! One last suggestion is to add a mirror to the bedrooms. With numerous guests and only two bathrooms, this would have been helpful in getting people ready for the day.

We loved everything about this cabin and definitely plan on going back. My grandson couldn’t get enough of that loft and ladder! The only thing that was a downer was the pigeon poop and feathers right at the front door. But, we would definitely go again!!

This cabin was perfect! The views out of the back window are incredible!! The cabin was roomy and accommodating and very cozy! Only 2 minor complaints: trash didn’t get picked up while we were there, so it piled up quickly out of the outside trash can, and there weren’t enough towels. Other than that, perfect!

Views were spectacular! Other cabins were must closer than expected and no real outdoor space to enjoy in the cabin area, but it still was quiet and relaxing. Cabin was comfortable and well-stocked, other that less towels than guests staying and needed a cookie sheet of some kind. We enjoyed our stay in #232 TN Treasure and would recommend to others.

Absolutely stunning views of the mountain. We loved staying here. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable to sleep in. Our daughter loved staying in the loft. We found the living room sofa not too comfortable, but it was ok. The pool is very nice and a very short walk from the cabin. The hot tub was nice and relaxing. The buttons were a bit worn and tricky to get started at first, but figured it out. The staff here are very helpful and super friendly. The game room was fun, but only has a small bench for a sitting area and would be nice to have more options to sit and hang out. Cue sticks are very worn,no tips, so if you have your own bring it. The game room had a very nice TV, but no cable box. We had to connect a box from another room to get working cable to the game room. Also would be nice to have like a high top table and chairs for morning views on the balcony along with the rockers that are already there.

Nice place and nice time. Unfortunately we had a mouse as a visitor during our stay Friday thru Sunday, this was very upsetting to my wife especially at night time. Would recommend to family member if the place is rodentless.

The place was awesome! There were loose nails on the porch though and in rocking chair I sat on. The dryer lint filter was broker and the lint tube is crammed full of lint (may be a fire hazard). The fans could be dusted ( a lot of crap on the tops) and there were a bunch of bugs in the big windows.... Other than that; I am not complaining; it was very awesome and we are so glad we went. I would highly recommend Aunt Bugs.

The furniture on the balconies had not been treated and there were huge yellow jackets swarming at both balcony doorways and around the hot tub. That was a horrible experience dodging insects and killing the one that flew inside!

The cabin was beautiful and clean. We expected to have a working fireplace, and was disappointed it didn't work and couldn't get it fixed. It took us calling to hear a report from the maintenance check on the fireplace when it would have been nicer to see a note left on the status (a more proactive response than making the guest follow-up). We also noticed some of the TVs didn't work with the cable, but were able to get some to turn on. To recieve an exceptional rating, I would expect those big items to have been checked for working order after each guest, and let us know before we come if they aren't, a partial discount given, or an alternative cabin offered as an option, or other ways to make the guest happy. I also recommend cleaning the outside of the windows on this cabin more frequently as the view is the main selling feature. Besides these things it was nice to find plenty of towels and toilet paper and basic cooking items for our use on arriving.

everything was great

-How is the drive to this cabin?
The drive to this cabin is steep and windy in some places. No 4 wheel drive necessary except during winter weather.
-How close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is this cabin?
This cabin is 7.5 miles from the parkway of Pigeon Forge .
-How many vehicles will fit in the driveway?
We recommend bringing no more than 3 vehicles, of any size.
-Do I need to bring extra toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, etc?
YES… We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom, one trash bag per trash can, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen. You are responsible for bringing your own extras. In this cabin, we also provide 12 towels and 8 wash clothes, 2 hand towels and dishwasher detergent. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, lotions, laundry detergent, coffee or coffee filters, salt and pepper, charcoal for grills, daily maid service or flashlights/candles/matches (too often these items were taken home by guests so we stopped providing them).
-Is this cabin dog friendly?
NO… And we charge $500 when evidence of a dog/animal is found inside the unit.
-Can I use the fireplace year round?
No. Local fire codes restrict the use of fireplaces April through September and we take this very seriously.
-Will I encounter wildlife?
Possibly. Black bears are attracted to food, so DO NOT leave food in your vehicles or unaccompanied food on decks and porches and grills. If you want to go outside and there is a bear outside, make loud noises they will leave. If you pull up to your cabin and there is a bear in the yard, blow the horn. They will leave.
And remember, you are surrounded by flourishing nature and a national wildlife reserve, so it’s not unusual for small animals to be heard around the house or bugs to get into your cabin. We do a very good job of spotting and cleaning bugs before your arrival, but we cannot guarantee they won’t return, just as you can’t prevent 100% of bugs from entering your own home. Please be respectful of the fact that we don’t have total control over nature. Just call us, and we will send up wildlife management people or pest control to get rid of any small animals or bugs for you.

-Will the hot tub be clean for my arrival?
Absolutely. Every hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled between stays. In fact the water may still need time to heat up on the day of your arrival. Just keep the cover on the hot tub and turn on the jets, as this will heat the hot tub quicker. To keep your hot tub clean for the length of your stay, keep the cover on the hot tub when not using it and rinse off your skin in the shower before entering the hot tub. Unwashed skin will dirty a hot tub quickly, and we only drain & clean the hot tubs after check-out. If there is sediment in your hot tub upon check-in, it is because your cabin’s water comes from a well.

The Vacation Guarantee is 7% of your total reservation and enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. Though the Vacation Guarantee is an optional charge, Aunt Bugs has a no refund/no reschedule policy without it.

*Rescheduled stays will have 6 months to come and must stay in the original cabin booked.
