We loved Barabara’s Song and plan on returning for another stay at this cabin.

Our stay was amazing. We traveled with underserved students from Indianapolis for Rocky Mountain Showdown. They truly enjoyed themselves. We did experience coming back to the property and the kitchen door was open. However the main entrance doors were locked and secured. Although nothing was taken, we did file a report. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Look forward to booking with you again.

Aunt Bug’s cabin was absolutely PERFECT!! We had the best stay. It was clean and decorated so beautifully. They had everything we needed and some extra! Beautiful views, really nice hot tub to help relieve all stress from the day, cozy rooms, and so peaceful! Virtual check in was easy! Can’t wait to stay here again! Thank you Aunt Bugs for making us feel so welcome! We will see y’all again!!

Everything was great. Very spacious and clean house in a great location. We were very entertained by two bears as we watched from the inside of the house. The indoor and outdoor amenities were great, and even with bears in the area, felt safe in the backyard and on the back deck (stayed on alert anytime we went to our cars). We would definitely consider staying at this house again.

Everything went great, excellent location. Only disappointing item was missing massage chair in the photo. We wanted to try that out after walking all day!

The house was beautiful and clean! The fireplaces were a beautiful touch and they were user-friendly. Outdoor spaces were well appointed. Really wonderful home. The pillows and bedding left a little to be desired; they just felt a little less luxe than some of the other touches in the home and some of the interior doors were difficult to close due to loose doorplates. Would still 10/10 recommend to anyone traveling to Gatlinburg!

My entire family enjoyed Barbara's song. Very spacious, well supplied, and downright perfect. We are discussing possibly returning next year.

Barbaras Song was very nice/clean. Wish deck/furniture had been swept.

Our large extended family wanted a sizable cabin in Gatlinburg within walking distance of the Parkway, and our chosen property was perfect for our needs - very spacious and nicely furnished - fabulous kitchen/dining area - fantastic showers/tubs. Everyone, ages 2-80, loved it. Reservation, check-in, and check-out were all handled online. Prompt response to issues from guest services (non-working TV, bears around outside trash bins). Everyone wants to return.

Highly recommend renting through Aunt Bugs. The process was simple and the house was amazing!!

Amazing Location, amazing house....so much room in bedrooms, kitchen and multiple living spaces!!!

I did express check in to make things easier but it didn't work out as easily as I thought it would. I made a specific call to find out if firepit was propane, gas or wood burning. Was told it was wood burning so chopped and prepared wood and loaded it up and brought with us. Wrong! It was gas. Would have saved us time amd inconvenience if website had said it was gas. Those are just links and didn't cause us to not have a good time. We had a blast and the cabin is absolutely beautiful. Everything is updated and was very clean. Lots of things to do at the cabin without going to downtown Gatlinburg.

We had a wonderful week in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. The house was perfect for our family group of 11. The location was perfect for us and we walked to downtown Gatlinburg several times and we saw a bear twice out the window!

Easy checkin and checkout and making reservations was also easy. The form I received in my email about my DL and credit card info I refused to fill out and return electronically. But was able to fill out at time of checkin. Sending that type of info electronically (via email or fax) is something I would never consider. Hackers are real.

Loved it all and will return .... can’t wait to come back

This property was absolutely beautiful! It was very updated and well maintained. We plan on renting this property next year for our annual trip!

The cabin was up to date and very clean. All of my guests were very impressed with the amenities. The hot tub would not heat up and I sent a rapid request from the app but did not get a response and we couldn't use it. The app check out didn't work as well so I texted that we were leaving around 8:45 but didn't get a response back until the following morning thanking me for my stay. I also sent in a express check in form and didn't receive confirmation until I called the day of my visit and verbally asked for confirmation. I guess what I am saying is that I received a tremendous amount of information from your end but whenever I emailed or texted an issue to you I received no feed back.

We had so much fun visiting Gatlinburg!! The house we rented was amazing!!!!

Loved all the king beds... it was perfect for our family. The house was well equipped with all we needed. Everything was in working order except towel warmers which was not a big deal for us. I would suggest a little more attention to detail when cleaning floors. Dirty socks found under bed and corners of some rooms were not vacuumed well. Overall a great place.

Everyone was exceptional from booking to checking in. The house was absolutely gorgeous! All the amenities including good lighting in bathrooms! Lots of rentals want to skimp on the lighting. The owner stopped by as we were leaving. Was the nicest man. Would definitely like to come back!
