The cabin was nice but there were just a few minor issues. More maintenance related such as nails stick up on the deck, changing the airfilters on the air-conditioning unit and having the pop ups on the bathroom sinks working.. There were also 2 large parties in the cabins nearby that kept us up for 2 nights until well after midnight.

Beautiful View. Nice facilities. Everything was clean and neat except for the floor. It needed to be swept. All 3 levels.

Everything was great! Clean, beautiful views and enough for our group of 8! Only couple things that we needed and didn’t have in cabin were- extra trash bags(literally only had the one that was in the trash when we arrived) and dish soap(we got left an empty container). Dryer was also very slow to dry clothes. Nothing to knock a start off of the review though 🙂 hope to come back and stay again!

Absolutely loved the cabin! The view was amazing! The only complaint we had is the dryer did not dry as needed. And a few of the chairs were broken and need to be replaced. Overall our stay was GREAT!

Could not have asked for more. Everything was absolutely perfect. It is such a nice place look forward to coming back soon

I loved our stay. Maybe explain how to lock the door when leaving. We figured it out though.

Everything was great! LOVE the text capability when corresponding with you. Check in was painless and the cabin was exactly as described!

Excellent, Aunt Bugs is an excellent rental company. We only had one small complaint, if you look under the couch that is against the wall you will uncover a lot of dust, not good for someone with dust allergies

Steve made reserving and answering all of my questions a enjoyable experience. The cabin Lasting Expressions was better than described and the pictures did not do it justice. It was clean, updated technical appliances and great floor plan. The beds were so comfortable. We all felt rested and rejuvenated each morning. The hot tub, Jet tub both were clean and relaxing. The View was AMAZING. We played pool, air hockey and many arcade games. We will be back!! Thank you for an amazing stay! It was more than we expected.

Overall our stay was great! The only issues were 1) the rocking chairs on the deck were rotted and broken so they could not be used 2) the downstairs thermostat stopped working so it got pretty chilly at night. This was not Aunt Bug’s fault, it just so happened to occur during our stay. No regrets though, we would definitely stay there again!

Easy check in and check out procedures!! My party and I had an awesome weekend getaway, we will definitely be using Aunt Bug's for future gatherings and functions!! We loved the layout of our Lasting Impressions cabin and enjoyed the view!! The only thing that we noticed upon arrival is that the seal on the refrigerator needs to be fixed/replaced. Other than that, absolutely no complaints!

The cabin was beautiful with a fabulous view. Everything was very clean. Our only issue had to do with the TV. We never did figure out how to get any local stations which was frustrating. Not everyone enjoys streaming TV. While the office attempted to give us instructions what was really needed, and hopefully is in other cabins, is written instructions for how to work the electronics. Not everyone is savvy about that stuff. Other than that, it was a great experience.

The house was awesome for our short stay. Amazing view, loved the game room. A couple areas to improve: the hot tub water was green and could not get it hotter than 98F, dishwasher was broken, did not like that we couldn't have the house address until check in time.

Everything was great. The cabin was clean- their was a few broken things in our cabin and our pull out bed was one of them . no Big deal. eveything else was great.

The beauty around us was amazing. There was 8 of us and there wasn’t enough begging for the sofas. We had to use the begging from the bed and share. Also found a Cheeto in one bedroom that was not ours. Overall family has a gear time and enjoyed many air hockey tournaments in the game room.

We loved it, liked everything. Would like to come back next fall in same cabin.

The cabin was comfortable and clean. We felt like we were close to heaven, the view was amazing. We also were lucky enough to have a mama bear and 2 cubs outside the cabin, it made our day.

Everything was great other then downstairs tv with remote was not working. Other then that great cabion nice price affordable and will be back soon.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay

It was great and awesome view from all rooms and our cabin was located almost on the top of hill.
We enjoyed every bit.
All amenities were really great.
Just flush was hard in one room but i believe it may be case in one room due to some wear and tear and these guys would fix that.
Rest I would like to rent again and again in future and recommend others.

Absolutely phenomenal views!!! We enjoyed sunset time every evening from the hot tub on the back deck!! Game room was perfect for kids and the availability of several TVs was great for footballs games and kids watching movies! The main thing I would highly recommend changing are the mattresses!! Both king beds were fairly uncomfortable. Otherwise a wonderful stay/beautiful place!!!!!!!

Overall the cabin was great. The view was amazing, cabin had great space and lots of fun activities. The location looks like it’s far from everything but really was a nice drive whether it was to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. The cabin could have been a bit cleaner as the floor did not look to have been swept/mopped. Also I had to add water to the hot tub as it wasn’t even covering the filter. To be fair though I didn’t call Aunt bugs because the issues were minor. I’m sure they would have quickly addressed it I gave them a heads up.

We loved our stay at Lasting Impressions! It was within walking distance of the pool. Also, the views from Lasting Impressions on top of the mountain were awesome!

Everything was perfect. Will make future plans to come back. Wish we could have stayed longer. Two days over $700 was a bit much but other than that everything was perfect

The name of this cabin speaks for itself. We had an awesome time staying there. The kids loved the open space and the game room. The older kids enjoyed the hot tub It was relaxing. Thank you for letting us stay

The cabin and view was amazing! The master bedroom mattress downstairs desperately needs replaced if you can let the owners know. That would be the only thing stopping us from renting that specific cabin again, which is sad. A nice pillow top would be great! Also, the sheets were too small and wouldn't stay on. We both had horrible back pain every night. The office staff was super sweet! We're truly happy we picked Aunt Bugs!

Nice clean peaceful place to stay... would recommend to family and friends

The cabin was very clean and prettier than what the pictures showed. Walking distance to the pool and great location with a beautiful view. The only thing that I was dissapointed about was there were no extra toliet paper ( only 2 rolls for 6 people for almost 3 days) . Love seat sleeper sofa mattress was stained pretty bad. Wished we had more blankets and enough sheets for everyone.

Overall it was a great stay. Express check-in and checkout was very convenient and easy.

Staying at this cabin was truly an unforgettable experience. The view was remarkable, beds were extremely comfortable and game room was a great way to relax with the family. I completely recommend staying at aunt bugs cabin because it will seriously leave you in awe.

Everyone I talked to at Aunt Bugs were very helpful and friendly. I appreciated that since it was our first time renting a cabin.

The cabin was nice & clean Needs to be more child safe at stair ways. Pillows could be a bit more filled and fluffy.

This was our first vacation rental of this type. I was totally impressed! The cabin was amazing. The people were fantastic and friendly! The only thing we had to do was exchange the propane tank the second day as it ran out. The views were breath taking. The cabin was even better than the pictures showed and was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we needed. We did bring paper plates, silverware and cups but the kitchen cabinets were completely stocked so we didn't need them at all. I will say the drive up the mountain road was an experience on it's own but exciting too. Just go slow and stay on your side. Lots of blind turns and curves. We were so impressed that on day our 3rd day we all said to each other we are coming back HERE next year. My 2 teenage daughters also loved the cabin and all the attractions around Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Great job Aunt Bugs!!!

Our view was magnificent all day rain or shine. We all enjoyed the game room, hot tub and deck. Location is very good.

It was a beautiful cabin. With breathtaking views! I’m so glad I took the opportunity to go with my boyfriend and my daughter and my stepdaughter to Tennessee to enjoy your cabin. I will be recommending staying again. 🤗

Polite and welcoming staff at check in Cabin had amazing views which would have more enjoyable if the windows in the Living/Dining room were cleaner but the windows were typical of the overall cleanliness of the cabin which was poor the carpets were filthy with stains on the lower level and game room and when we called the office upon arrival we were informed that they knew of the issue but whomever was scheduled to clean them never shown to clean them. We found crayons,food and other debris on all the floors. and the whole cabin was dusty and the pool table is in poor condition not what you expect when paying premium prices. We also had no hangers.

The check in/our process was very easy. The cabin was wonderful and well stocked. We were not able to use the fitness facility though which was disappointing since it was included in the photos.

Check in and reservation process was seamless. I appreciated the phone call after we checked in to see if we needed anything.
