Loved our cozy cabin! Great experience all around from start to finish. Will stay there again!!!
Amazing cabin!! Grew up in this as a kid when my parents would vacation with us here. Came back after 10+ years! Love every bit of it! Glad it’s being well kept!
We had a great time and the cabin was great.
Everything was clean and nice! Really nice spot to get away!
Experience was awesome, cabin was cozy just the way we wanted it. Only complaint is hot tub heating element was bad and had to be replaced so our first night no hot tub but was fixed promptly. Other than that perfect and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
We had a Great stay! No complaints ! We had a great time.
We had a great stay, the staff was very helpful, and we would definitely book again.
Overall it was good. Just some things such as the dishwasher isn't hooked to be used, only 2 forks and 1 steak knife, no bowls, only 1 mixing/serving bowl. Plenty of other dishes. TV channels were terrible, no selection and when we found something the picture was fuzzy where you couldn't watch it. Gas grill was great. Bed and pillows more comfortable than expected for being away. Fireplaces where nice. We were there for a weekend getaway to relax. No kids, no work. That's why we stayed in and wanted to make the most use of the cabin, cooking and everything. No wifi either but that was our fault for not checking. Being better prepared we would stay again though.
Generally looks clean. However the fabric on sofa and bed do looks very old and dark.
Everything with Our stay was very nice no issues at all.
Wonderful , thank you for your hospitality we enjoyed it so much
Great cabin. It might be crowded for more than 2-3 people. Very clean. Very small shower. My only complaint would be all of the remote controls for the TVs. The remote in the bedroom did not work and I had to get a stool to reach the TV to turn it on and off. That said, we would stay again at this cabin.
Loved the cabin and would definitely recommend!
It was wonderful... nice quiet and relaxing. Will stay again.
Everything went smoothly... everyone was great help. Will stay again....

Overall this is a great cabin. Interesting decor, nice amenities, and the property management team was accommodating for a last-minute getaway. A few items that would have made our stay even better: the jets on the hot tub were running when we arrived and we could not figure out how to turn off. Unsure if something was broken or just user error. We just lived with it and didn’t bother the management company since it wasn’t a big deal. Would also encourage directions with the various remotes for tv and it’s system. We had a hard time figuring out which one worked for what and had problems getting it to work.
Overall good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would recommend that the reservation process be electronic and mobile friendly. Requesting us to stop in to sign paperwork, while understood, could be done electronically for those who choose to do it that way. This would be especially helpful with late arrivals. Completing paperwork and signing electronically was difficult and cumbersome since not using a secure e-signing application (e.g. Docusign).
The cabin was very nice. We were prepared for the extra things we needed to bring thanks to the description provided by the company. One thing I would recommend is finding a way to make the material of the bathtub less slick. This could be very dangerous. Overall, we had a good experience.
My wife and I stayed in Tonto’s Tee Pee #123 for four nights. The cabin was clean and in good shape. The location of the cabin was hard to find at first as it was located on a separate driveway with a sign designating the house numbers. The cabin itself is basically a two person cabin. The bathroom with the shower and toilet is small. I felt the setup was unique in the bedroom but for a vacation it was fine. The view from the porch was blocked by the leaves on the trees (may be better in fall /winter). Parking can be tight and there is basically no yard.
The advertisement for the cabin was a little misleading. The great views referenced from the cabin mentioned were non existing as the trees from the screened in porch blocked everything. The bathroom with the shower and toilet was small. We had a hard time locating the cabin as it was on a separate driveway off the main road with 5 other cabins. It would be helpful to put up a sign at end of the driveway with the house numbers on them. Outside of that it was a great little cabin. Ideal for one or two people.
Outside deck is quite rough, should be replaced. Home is beautiful, decor is very good.
I brought my fiance. She has never been to Tennessee. She had an amazing experience thanks to you.
Easy to reserve, not to far away from everything but yet tucked away on top of a mountain, quiet and peaceful and beautiful.
Cabins are always great, service is wonderful and the people are very pleasant.
Very nice cabin and very clean. Be nice if the dartboard had darts. Was nice to check in without having to go to an office.
Aunt Bug’s is where it’s at 👍🏻 Everything from the staff to the cabin was on point. They know how to take care of business and their guests!
Cabin was generally nice for our needs. Nicely decorated. Biggest issue was the cleanliness of shower and especially jetted tub. But worst was the awful smell of rotten eggs the instant we're turned on the jets. Although turned it off within seconds, the smell stayed in the room for awhile. Gross.
The cabin was absolutely beautiful! We would definitely stay there again!
The cabin was very nice, and cozy! Easy check in and check out with Aunt Bugs.
Great little cabin decorated perfect with christmas. My wife and I loved it. We treated it like it was ours.
Everything in the cabin was clean and just like we were told. Would stay again. Nice place to spend our honeymoon
The view from the cabin is beautiful! We loved that it was out of town but close enough to go in for supper. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. There were more than enough towels. We would have liked a few more pillows available. The ones in the bedroom were rather flat. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely use Aunt Bugs again! (We've already recommended it to family!)
GREAT , Very professional , easy to find , very clean
What a wonderful experience. The cabin was amazing. And the staff was awesome. We will be booking again in the future.
Check in and check out were ridiculously easy! Cabin was spotless and beautiful just as described. We had an amazing time! Will definitely come back!
The cabin was great...but house keeping sucks...i found a big peice of glass in the pullout bed in couch....and when i moved the table it was so dirty like it never been moved before...and inside the table was the same way...i would suggest anyone to bring a grill brush to clean grill with...and the hot tub on the dexk didnt have much hot water in it couldnt even turn on jets....and the chemicals was awafull way way too much burned ur eyes...other then that it was great i would deffently stay again
We loved our stay with y'all. Loved our cabin too. Hope to see y'all next year
Great no problems, awesome expierience , will definitely return soon
Your staff was really friendly and helpful and knowledgeable thanks to all
Everyone was very helpful and friendly in the office. The cabin was nice and quite very relaxing.
We loved it . The cabin was beautiful. The view was great
The cabin was very nice. My only complaint was there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. So, we had to clean those in order to have coffee mugs.
From reservation thru checkout, everything was very simple & smooth
My only complaint is the main television in the living room did not work. I called and spoke to a gentleman at 4:00 who said he would be right up but after 2 hours no one arrived to fix the T.V. I left to get a bite to and when I returned there was a maintenance slip in the door from 7:30. .aside from the T.V. not working I absolutely LOVED the cabin.
It was overall a good experience.. The cabin was clean and tidy.. All the furnishings were great except for the cordless phone, which wouldn't hold a charge, but there was a corded backup in a drawer if needed. But we weren't there to use the phone.. I was also a little disappointed with the quality of the outdoor grill.. The burners weren't fully functioning and didn't use it because of safety concerns I had.. I instead bought a cheap charcoal grill at Walmart to use while there..
We were very pleased with the cabin - the detail in the decorating was fantastic. Always find the Aunt Bug's rentals to be clean and welcoming. Was sorry to have a deck chair falling apart - am sure previous renters had not notified you. The washer/drier was super. An extremely pleasant week in the Smokies.
Great cabin!! The only problem was the whirlpool bath spit out a bunch of crud when we turned it on. The bath was cleaned, but the tub jets weren't.
It was an awesome vacation! Cabin was clean with a great view!
Service was excellent. Very friendly ppl. Couldnt get fireplaces working in neither room
Had a great time, the cabin was very nice. Very much enjoyed the hot tub on the outside porch and the view. Trich was awesome to work with as this was a company outing and we had 8 cabins and rented. She handled everything very well.
Would have been 5 stars except I rebted this unit in part because of a second gas fireplace next to the master tub. I called to report it not working upon my arrival and was told a repair person would be out the next day. I was their 6 nights and it was never fixed.
Cabin was not very clean.
Great cabin
Great cabin rental
-How is the drive to this cabin?
The drive to this cabin is steep and windy in some places. No 4 wheel drive necessary except during winter weather.
-How close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is this cabin?
This cabin is 5.7 miles from the parkway of Pigeon Forge .
-How many vehicles will fit in the driveway?
We recommend bringing no more than 2 vehicles, of any size.
-Do I need to bring extra toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, etc?
YES… We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom, one trash bag per trash can, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen. You are responsible for bringing your own extras. In this cabin, we also provide 6 towels and 4 wash clothes, 1 hand towels and dishwasher detergent. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, lotions, laundry detergent, coffee or coffee filters, salt and pepper, charcoal for grills, daily maid service or flashlights/candles/matches (too often these items were taken home by guests so we stopped providing them).
-Is this cabin dog friendly?
NO… And we charge $500 when evidence of a dog/animal is found inside the unit.
-Can I use the fireplace year round?
No. Local fire codes restrict the use of fireplaces April through September and we take this very seriously.
-Will I encounter wildlife?
Possibly. Black bears are attracted to food, so DO NOT leave food in your vehicles or unaccompanied food on decks and porches and grills. If you want to go outside and there is a bear outside, make loud noises they will leave. If you pull up to your cabin and there is a bear in the yard, blow the horn. They will leave.
And remember, you are surrounded by flourishing nature and a national wildlife reserve, so it’s not unusual for small animals to be heard around the house or bugs to get into your cabin. We do a very good job of spotting and cleaning bugs before your arrival, but we cannot guarantee they won’t return, just as you can’t prevent 100% of bugs from entering your own home. Please be respectful of the fact that we don’t have total control over nature. Just call us, and we will send up wildlife management people or pest control to get rid of any small animals or bugs for you.
-Will the hot tub be clean for my arrival?
Absolutely. Every hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled between stays. In fact the water may still need time to heat up on the day of your arrival. Just keep the cover on the hot tub and turn on the jets, as this will heat the hot tub quicker. To keep your hot tub clean for the length of your stay, keep the cover on the hot tub when not using it and rinse off your skin in the shower before entering the hot tub. Unwashed skin will dirty a hot tub quickly, and we only drain & clean the hot tubs after check-out. If there is sediment in your hot tub upon check-in, it is because your cabin’s water comes from a well.
The Vacation Guarantee is 7% of your total reservation and enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. Though the Vacation Guarantee is an optional charge, Aunt Bugs has a no refund/no reschedule policy without it.
*Rescheduled stays will have 6 months to come and must stay in the original cabin booked.
Awesome! We had the best time. Very relaxing, peaceful and quiet. We lived the cabin.
