Yall did a excellent job. The fresh flowers on the kitchen table showed that yall take time to let your customers know you care. Will not stay anywhere else but with yall when we come back, which is seven to eight times a year. Thanks for being great.

Perfect honeymoon! Peaceful, private, and beautiful! Minor suggestions, more clothes hooks on doors, more essential spices and oil in kitchen.

The overall experience was great and would stay at Bear Moment #112 again. The only suggestions would be is to have a lamp in the living room, replace the recliner, and have the DIRECTV adjusted because some channels would not come through due to signal loss. The hot tub, pool table, arcade games, kitchen, bedroom were great. We loved the wooded view and quietness. The rental process was easy.

Very comfortable cabin. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table. Check in and check out was super simple. It wasn't an issue for our stay, but we noticed the toilet just off the master bedroom never completely shut off. I think the drain cap in the tank leaks a bit and prevents the tank from ever filling completely.

It was a great experience. Very easy process. Definitely would recommend

Loved the cabin! It was very clean & nice except for discovering the dirty laundry bag upon our arrival which I’m assuming housekeeping had forgotten to clear out. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, especially the fireplace!

Every thing was cool. The only concern was our door wasnt lock and the key pad did not work. We could lock it in the inside when we where there but not when we left. Also it was sewer sme when we ran the water and flushed the toilet. Everything else was nice

I arrived in town late and called several cabin rental companies, but I was told they didn't have anything. I called aunt bugs and a woman named Jerry answered the phone. She said she would find us something no matter how long it took. She stayed on the phone with me until she found me some. She was amazing, and her willingness to go above and beyond to find us something really impressed me. She is the reason I won't call anyone else for cabin rentals. I will only call aunt big from now on. The cabin was clean and beautiful. The view was so beautiful. I can't wait to come back. I will recommend aunt bugs to all my friends and family

My husband & I stayed at a bears moment for our honeymoon. The cabin was beautiful. There were a few cobwebs above the shower and bath tub but over all very clean. We had a lot of fun relaxing in the hot tub and playing pool. The only recommendation we have is one of the legs on the pool table sticks out too far and we kept stubbing our toes on it!

Cabin was exactly as advertised, clean private and relaxing! Staff reached out the first morning to see if there was anything we needed. Overall great experience

WE stay in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge 4-6 times per year. This was our first stay at this particular cabin. A Bear Moment was a lovely cabin and had most amenities that we have become accustomed to. I would suggest that the company add liquid hand soap for the bathrooms, some dishwashing liquid, more channels on the TV

We have enjoyed staying at this cabin, Check in was very smooth snd easy. The directions to the cabin was clear. Cabin is fully furnished with a classical wooden style which gives very warm and authentic feeling for the entire stay.

The only observation which I have is about the towels and blankets which seems to me is not very new.

Overall it was very food experience and will definitely plan to revisit again in the future.

This was our first trip to the Smoky's and it was our first vacation in over 26 years of marriage that my wife and I vacationed without kids. The cabin was amazing. We have rented cabins all over the central US and this cabin was by far our favorite. It was a gated community, electronic door locks, with alarm system. Nice and quiet are and only 10 to 15 minutes away from either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Aunt Bug's called to check on us to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. I look forward to returning to area again and will definitely use Aunt Bug's for our lodging needs.

Good place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the mountains. My wife and I enjoyed the cabin and all that came with it. Thank You

Very nice time had by all

We had a great time at this cabin! We ended up using it way more than originally planned due to our little girl getting sick and lots of rain. We were so thankful we had all the extras like the arcade game,pool table, and hot tub! Definitely will be staying here again in the future!

We came here for a girls weekend getaway and it was perfect! It was in a great location, everything was clean, having the security system was nice as well. When we arrived we realized there were no baking sheets and we needed them for what we brought to cook, we called the office and someone brought them up to us. It is definitely the perfect size cabin for a small family or group of friends. The hot tub was covered which was great in case it was raining or snowing. And we enjoyed the pool table and arcade gaming system. We are looking forward to coming back soon!

The only issue I had was the cabin was described online as decorated for Christmas and Steven told me on the phone he was sure it was.BUT it wasn't and we made do but we could have brought our own stuff if we had known.The bedroom door needs a latch of some sort.Overall a great cabin and a great stay.

Overall a great cabin and a new experience for us. We travel with our grandkids and usually go to Disney but wanted to try something new. We are very seriously thinking of repeating this next year.

Aunt Bug’s made my first cabin experience amazing. The cabin was awesome. The location was perfect for the weekend not to far from town and easily accessible. I’m will definitely be back. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

Beautiful cabin. Very clean well stocked Enjoyed the game room and pool table hot tub and working alarm system. Felt safe Area is well lit.

Check in was easy. Cabin was clean. The only thing that was a hiccup is that the “cork screw” provided was not a real one. We had wine and no way to open it! For a romantic getaway spot, recommend replacing that. But that was a small thing. Overall it was A great stay!

We loved the cabin "A Bear Moment #112"! The cabin was clean and better than we expected. We enjoyed the game room and our son loved the fact that he had his very own space within the game room. We felt very safe within the gated site and with the alarm system. The only issues we had was the game room TV intermittently shut off and came back on (stopped after a few hours) and the bedroom remote batteries were low. But those were only minor issues but would not stop us from returning...my wife is already making plans to come back next year! Keep up the good work!

Staff is very welcoming and friendly. The cabin was nice. It would be nice to have some of the additional thrills of a hotel stay since the price is comparable to such (i.e. not having to strip the beds or do any housecleaning prior to departure). I’d even pay a little more for that luxury. I was definitely more comfortable since it’s in a gated community. Overall the stay was enjoyable & I will book with you again if/when I return to Pigeon Forge.

Very nice cabin and friendly representatives. Check out could have been a bit easier. I did not check my emails. while I was there so hope we checked out correctly. Talk to the office and since our cabin did not have a key we set the alarm and locked the door per his direction.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I loved the calls and emails from Aunt Bugs because they really care about you.

It was way more than expected. Definitely will return. We wanted seclusion and that was granted. Real romantic get away for us.

Absolutely the best rental cabin company in the area! Cabins are clean, cozy, and have everything you could ever want! Location is just far enough in the mountains to feel like you're in a "cabin in the woods" yet they are so close to everything in the area! The safest cabins in the smoky mountains with a gated community and security systems on cabins! GO AUNT BUGS!!

Yall did great. We loved working with Angel also. She went out of her way to accommodate us.

We had a great time, with no complaints. The only notable things are that a green wash cloth was wet and left on the stool at the kitchen table (my guess is a cleaning rag) and the dishwasher was full with clean dishes that weren't put away. Since we didn't use any, we just left them and it didn't bother us, but some people may get upset so I thought I would mention 🙂
