See the views of The Great Smoky Mountains in a new way through zip lining! In the past few years, ziplining has really taken off in The Smokies and an assortment of companies throughout Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville offer a variety of courses geared towards all expertise levels. You can find courses suited for beginners to those considered experienced thrill seekers. A zipline secures a harnessed rider to a cable on an incline allowing the rider to sail through the trees with ease. Each company also has different age and weight requirements, so be sure to find out ahead of time what those are. Most companies also require that you make a reservation in advance.
