This stay was amazing. The cabin was amazing. The view was amazing. The location was amazing. Did I mention amazing?! The cabin was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family vacation. It was 22 of us and we all slept uncomfortably. Would definitely book again!

Our stay here was for a week long family reunion. We had some maintenance issues. Maintenance crew came out within an hour to fix one of the main stairs leading up to the cabin. It was very loose and unsafe. The driveway is very steep! We saw bears! The kitchen needs more pots and pans for large groups. If you are going to be doing alot of cooking bring extra pans! Hot tub was in great working condition and our gang used it every night. This cabin was nice and clean but needed some work. The things that needed fixing weren't huge so we told the maintenance crew they could fix the things after we left. Just small things like a ceiling fan needed repair in one of the bedrooms. The air hockey game didn't work. Just small stuff. We really enjoyed our stay here!

We have rented from Aunt Bugs for six years. I have NEVER had a problem until this year. When I called to rent a certain property,I was told about Love and Laughs cabin and was offered a special for our particular weekend. Not being near my computer, I agreed to this property WITHOUT looking it up. When I got to the office I was required to deposit $500.00 CASH! I was not informed of that on the phone! When expressed I didn't know about the deposit,I was told it was on the website. I'm sure! When I booked it, the agent should have mentioned that! That was a HUGE INCONVENIENCE FOR ME! The cabin is in a great location and the kids loved the game room. The only complaint I have with the cabin is $295.00 for a cleaning fee is high when the walls in several of the bathrooms are dirty, I had to wipe down one of the tubs and we had to scrub the pots before we could use them. If you are coming for a large crowd, be sure to bring pots and pans to accommodate. The cabins pots are small.

Check-in was smooth, although a cash security deposit was unusual. The house was nice, but has several broken or defective items.

We have booked with Aunt Bug's several times, and always have had a good experience. The booking process was quite difficult this time due to the representative I spoke with on the phone. I was surprised upon arrival to be asked for a $500 cash deposit which I was not informed of on the booking call. The cabin was nice, but in need of some sprucing up. Mainly the bathrooms and the game tables.

The place was large, clean, a beautiful mountain setting, and not far from the action of Gatlinburg. We got to see a bear, the hot tub and grill were great. We had a couple redbox DVD nights. Pool table sticks and fooseball table were in marginal condition, otherwise we couldn't have asked for more.

Our stay was Amazing. I only wish that it was Handicap accessible. But we made it work. All 7 bedrooms was great and spacious. Oh! The master bedroom should have been on the main floor. But it seemed as if it was on the top floor. Each of the bedrooms on the main should have had there own private bathroom. Trust me we would come back. And this is what is Important. I called the office for a few minor things. And you guys were on top of it with no questions asked. And you were there with in 30 minutes. All the employees were Awesome! The young man that came out to do some severity. (With a Skelton on his chest). Should great a raise. He was AMAZING. AWESOME and made our stay enjoyable. Thank You!

Our experience was great. Our family had a wonderful visit. One of the main negative experiences we had was that my 90 year old grandfather fell getting out of the bathtub. He slipped and fell on the tile when he stepped out of the tub. There were rugs in front of the sink, but there should be rugs in front of the bathtub for this reason. Also you need some better blinds on the windows in the bedrooms. The very bright light outside the driveway shines directly through the window. Please get some better shades. A couple of minor comments, some of the pictures were slightly misleading and made the cabin look bigger than it actually was and the picture of the pool did not accurately depict the pool that was available for use. Also the bear proof bins were broken so every morning the bears would open them up and scatter garbage. They even broke a wire that we had used to close them.

We started receiving promotional emails for activities just 2 days before our stay. Ideally, activities are planned well in advance. It would have been nice to receive these within the first week of booking our stay to allow for time to coordinate them. We were unable to use any of them.

We all enjoyed our time there, and I have been discussing with my family about coming back! The staff was/is great. We had and issue with the cable not working, but they sent maintenance out with no problem. Overall, great service!

The checkin was a bit bureaucratic. Otherwise it was a good experience. I would make some suggestions. There is no exit from the cottage except from the first floor down the outside stairs. This presents a fire hazard. It would be east to provide a backdoor exit on the first floor from the kitchen. This would help the fire situation and provide a level entre for handicapped people. I had difficulty with he outside stairs.
