The cabin experience was amazing and we had a wonderful time. The only troublesome part of the cabin was the WiFi but other than that, it was great.

Our cabins wifi sucked it was either slow and barely loading or would connect and say no internet. The hot tub only half the jets worked. The pooltable wasnt what we expected it was more of a kids toy table the pool sticks was all missing tips so we purchased new ones and left them for you as well as cue chalk. The gas grill is missing the burner shields and far left burner barely worked making it hard to grill without burning your food. In the end we still made due and had fun.

Love the cabin. Would rent again. Only complaint is dust on ceiling fan and the coffee pot took 45 minutes to make coffee. Otherwise it was great.

This was our first trip using Aunt Bug's and to Pigeon Forge. Overall the process was fine. Got in to check in at the office since the link never allowed us to check in online...the folks at the front desk, Steven and another gentleman greeted me upon entry and were nice, thank you for that...we travelled quite a ways and was nice to be greeted so friendly...now lets talk about Sarah...she was not pleasant to deal with since she only repeats herself over and over with great annoyance that she has to help those of us who don't understand all the processes and repeating herself with the same information over and over clearly doesn't get customer service...I dealt with her on the phone prior to our departure and after... I will also add...I get we rented a cabin in the mountains...BUT had no idea how HIGH we would travel on such small roads.... VERY SCARY. I didn't like that at all and would have liked to know we would be going so high...the cabin itself was fantastic...loved the cleanliness and view was sweet! Cozy little place. Overall everything went well...despite a few bumps in the road...literally!

We enjoyed our stay in the cabin. We had a couple live ants on the counter in the kitchen. The cabin was fairly clean (clean vent cover once in awhile. I wiped over large one in kitchen). TV downstairs didn't work but we didn't miss it as we were busy . The cabin was well equipped. It was nice there was videos, games and kitchen items. We would love to do this again.
