Everything was nice and clean. There's so many watch-outs for fees, though, that it made me nervous!

Upon arrival, check-in was fast and the folks were very helpful to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Loved the cabin and will return.

We LOVED Mountain Perch!!! The furniture was very comfortable,all the appliances worked and the view from the back decks were AMAZING!! I've seen others complain about the roads 🤣 but hey, IT'S THE MOUNTAINS!!! The hot tub was more than perfect and our dog,Cooper was in heaven ..Thank you so much for everything!!! -The Dixon Family 👪

The cabin was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. We had a great time. The service was amazing. We had a little difficulty getting our tv on so I called to see what to do. They had a maintenance man there within 10 minutes and he was very kind and helpful.

The cabin was clean and the views were awesome and the experience with aunt bugs was super. Everything we expected

Cabin was nice. Loved the view and hot tub. Only concern were that there were some bugs. Saw several fuzzy worms in the tub in the main level and my son saw some in the basement. But overall, great stay.

We were very pleased with the cabin's location, view, cleanliness and amenities. I only wish we could have gotten it for a third night, but I should consider myself lucky to get it at all on such short notice.

Personnel was friendly and the cabin was awsome loved the sunsets there.

Enjoyed our time in the cabin. One item though. The Wi-FI ID is incorrect. The password is correct.

The cabin was absolutely adorable but the housekeeping was not very good. The washing machine had dead bugs in it so we refused to use it. The room that has the pool table also had dead bugs everywhere. The hot tub was not clean, had a funky smell to it and the water was slimy.The dishes was not cleaned, it looked like someone had just thrown it in the dishwasher and put them up. i had to scrub the dishes before i used them. it was disgusting. I would stay in this cabin again but they need to work on their housekeeping skills especially if we’re going to be charged for it.

My nephew, my senior Shih Tzu and I loved Mountain Perch!! It is a darling and roomy cabin with a beautiful view. It is decorated to the max and makes you feel like you have come to visit your grandparents. It’s so inviting.The beds are darling and so comfortable. There is a wonderful wood burning fireplace. The hot tub is off the basement balcony and there is no outside access to that level so we felt totally safe late at night. Mayra was our housekeeper and she had the cabin spotless when we arrived. She even had the hot tub warm and ready for us after a long drive. What a nice surprise. There is a complete set of pots and pans, cookie sheets and muffin pan. The fridge looked brand new inside. We made a lot of meals at the cabin. The cabin is conveniently situated between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and is 15-20 minutes from fun activities and restaurants. My nephew was happy that the shower head in the master bath was above his 6 foot height and the ceiling was vaulted. He said it’s the best shower he’s ever encountered on vacation. We loved spending one day at The Island in Pigeon Forge and another day at Anakeesta in Gatlinburg. Our favorite activities included riding the Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster at night. The 7D theater at The Island and playing MagiQuest. We loved the Aquarium also. We had a great time and the cabin made it amazing!!

We recently rented a cabin through Aunt Bugs Rentals for the Valentines Day/President's Day weekend. Our cabin was as described and quite spacious. It was clean and even had a great view. The only issue with this particular cabin is the road for access. It was long and windy and steep. That said it was convenient to Pigeon Forge, and I would rent again.

Everything was great. Cabin was neat and clean and roomy. We had wood for the fire and the gas grill was great to use. Three bathroom were great. Maybe a bigger table for eating.

Would have like to known how hard it was to get to this cabin. Was scary a bit and didn't like that. Caused some anxiety. But cabin was real nice and enjoy it. I will recommend, but heads up on location.

Great communication with staff. Everyone that I spoke with were very helpful and pleasant. Also loved the express check-in and express check-out that is a great feature.

Y'all have very nice cabins, but I didnt like the hills on the mountain to the cabin. The next time I come I would take a cabin down at the bottom of the hills.

Great place to stay they made our stay feel like we were part of there family will stay with aunt Bugs if an when we go back

It was very clean and it felt warm and homey.

The cabin was amazing Except only got like 4 channels on tv not many channels to choose from

Staff was super easy to work with and friendly. We bad a problem with our grill, called the office, and maintenance was at the cabin within 30 min. Couldn't be fixed, so they had a new grill at the cabin first thing in the morning!
The only negative thing I can think of is the TV had essentially no cahnnels other than local. There's a DVD player and VCR if you want to bring some videos, and the TV can replicate your phone if you want to use it to stream Netflix, but there's no cable and the TV doesn't seem to stream by itself.

The downstairs was like a mini cabin Pool table, full bath, sofa, table, tv, private deck w/ hot tub. Daughter and boyfriend loved it, so did we. Both bedrooms on top lv. 1 for us 1 for daughter. Middle lv lrg tv, plenty of seating and great kitchen w/wrap around porch. Gass grill and picnic table were great. Front porch swing and back porch chair were great for coffee mornings. Make sure to bring dishwasher deter. coffee/round filters and extra toilet paper none supplied. Our boxer dogs loved it. A little whindy and steep to get there but very convenient to pigeon forge and gatlinburg. Sarah at Aunt Bugs rentals was amazing. They have best discount on tickets to Dixie Stampede. we have used them twice before and will next year also. Please enjoy your stay here.

The cabin was beautiful and we loved everything about it except for the beds. They both were awful. The one upstairs squeaked and creaked everytime one of turned over that we woke up feeling exhausted from being woke up 100 times during the night. We switched rooms with the kids and their bed was a little better, but not much. We could then still hear the bed upstairs everytime one of them turned over. If not for the beds, it would have been a perfectly restful vacation.

We had a very relaxing weekend and the cabin was nice. Some additional touches would be nice, and it wasn’t the cleanest VRBO we’ve had. I get that it’s a cabin in the mountains, but there were tons of cobwebs in the house when we arrived. Overall it was a great experience and we’d do it again.

Once again our vacation in the Mountains of Tennessee, and staying with Aunt Bugs was a 5 star event. Our cabin was everything we hoped it would be. One year we went with a rent by owner... Horrible experience, I would not recommend that option to anyone. Once was enough for us. Came back to Aunt Bugs... they are #1 with the Merrill's from Ohio

The cabin was very clean and well put together, it felt more like a home then a weekend rental. The veiws from the cabin were amazing also. The rental company was very efficient. Great experience.

My family was very impressed with the cabin. We are from very hot Florida. We also loved the smell of mountain air,cool water, and all the real Christmas trees. We highly recommend Aunt Bugs Cabin Rentals.

I appreciated the flexibility at check in. We had a delay and were not able to come in until after closing. I really liked the app and found the communication to be on point.

There was one glitch in our stay concerning the water supply but other than that it was excellent!

Checkin was excellent. Very fast and the cabin was ready early. The direction to the cabin were easy to follow . Will be reserving a cabin again soon.

Enjoyed the cabin. Very comfortable and well supplied. Did not like the trip up and down the mountain, too dangerous. Next time would stay closer to town near river. Need better map of mountain roads.

The cabin was awesome! It was exactly how it was described. The view from the back porch was excellent! Great stay....wish it could've been longer!

Our cabin was very clean when we checked in, and had all the needed cookware/dinnerware. Our view was also beautiful. Absolutely peaceful! Only minor issues were some light bulbs burnt out on porches, and maintenance came the next day after I called to find them. The appliances we well kept, except the washer and dryer, which could use updating. The washer leaked onto the floor in that closet, and dryer was not heavy duty Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and would definitely recommend Aunt Bug's to friends. We will also likely stay with you in the future.

The only negative thing I can say is that the cable box in the living room did not work. That was not a big deal for us since we were always on the move. Other than that, everything was awesome!

Everyone in the staff department was nice and had to call the cleaning staff and they were also . We enjoyed the stay and may come back next year.

Everything was great we had purchased a pet deposit for 2 dogs but decided at the last minute that we were not going to bring the dogs because of the distance we traveled ask for our deposit back but the answer was no CANT CHANGE your RESERVATIONS

Very good with reservations and communication. The only negative was that the office hours for check-in were not communicated clearly.

Overall stay was very good. Some minor issues were the washer leaking, cob webs and dusty.

I didn't like that I wasn't aware my credit card would be charged for the full amount before I arrived. In the past I have paid half to reserve and half upon check in. Also, the map we got to get to our location was very little help. We were off of King Branch road and the roads and signs were very confusing and we had to call the office to find our cabin.

Checkin and checkout flawless. Cabin was clean and contained everything we needed for our stay. Problems: The upstairs bathroom tub drained very slowly. This caused the soap to build up on the tub which made it very slippery. Only the TV in the living room could receive stations from cable. The pourch could use a hammer and a coat of stain. Overall the cabin was great. Very quiet and comfortable.

The experience of check-in & reservations was great! The cabin was a little farther out of the way than we expected so next time we would want closer to town. The cabin itself was cozy & great for our Maltese to join us! The only thing we didn't really like was the basement bedroom did not have a dresser for our clothes & that was the only room that was totally private as a bedroom. We would love to come back sometime & would recommend Aunt Bug's to others visiting in the area.

Good! But, our kitchen needed cooking pans, dish soap & working microwave in Mountain Perch cabin.

only thing that was missing was salt and pepper! other than that the place was beautiful thank you

Check in and out was easy. Several of the mini blinds in the cabin were missing or broken and should be taken care of.
