We had a FANTASTIC experience for the 3 nights we stayed at your facility. The 3 bedrooms worked perfectly for myself, my adult daughter, her family and her mother-in-law. The grandbabies loved it. The 3 bear cubs that meet us upon arrival and entertained us by playing in the hot tub for the afternoon, was an experience we will never forget, especially for the kids. Us big kids thought it was amazing too. It was so good to see the rebuild of the mountains. It looks like Gatlinburg is truly thriving . Thanks for a GREAT long weekend with the family.

The staff throughout the whole process was exceptional. They called to see when I would be arriving (I was literally around the corner) and I was also called to see how everything was going -and I was about to call to inquire about the pool pass so the timing was perfect. The cabin itself is the reason the rating isn't 5 stars. The overall cleanliness was average at best. My wife's exact words were "the cleaning staff should be fired". There was an abundance of dust and cobwebs throughout the house. One of the drawers in the kitchen was broken (I mentioned it to the staff) and I didn't want to bring it up to the staff, mostly because my wife was there and I didn't want to bring it up in front of her but, I saw a cockroach cross the stove Friday night. It was small and it was the only one I saw, but I saw it. The refrigerator/freezer had a fish smell to it. It was clean but it definitely had an odor to it. Only one of the pool sticks had a tip on it. The other 3-4 all had broken tips. Lastly, the front door was broken. The handle and deadbolt didn't properly secure without screwing in the 2 screws for the deadbolt so the door could close all the way and the handle could latch. We found this out the fun way when a Momma bear and her 4 cubs opened the front door and decided to take a peek inside the cabin. While we were having a late breakfast, and I have the pics to prove it. I stood at the top of the stairs and yelled for her to go away, get out, and thankfully she did. We didn't have any leftover food in our vehicles, we didn't have any garbage in the cans either. They came up there as if they go up there daily looking for handouts. And I'm sure some stupid humans feed them and that's why they keep coming back so I don't blame the bears however, there was 99 other ways that experience could have gone wrong and I'm grateful that it didn't. Please make it a priority to get that door fixed.

I wish the bathrooms were nicer as far as upgraded toilets. Maybe put up something so that the bears don’t leave you trapped in the hot tub

My overall stay was excellent. I got some running in. I was able to become one with nature. The streams and mother nature made my experience peaceful and relaxing. I'm sure as high up in the mountains we were God himself was just to cabins up. Did some great shopping. Can't wait to go back.

Flawless, everything was smooth before, during and after our stay. All staff were very professional handling all our questions. A light bulb in the stair and it was replaced right away. Thanks.
