Everything was amazing! We will definitely be staying there again.

Check in and checkout process was great and super easy!!

Loved my stay overall. Lots of dust and cobwebs. Decor is a bit dated and the chairs are very wobbly at the kitchen table. Also the drive up the road where the cabin is has an incline and is slightly intimidating if you don’t have 4 wheel drive. Only room for one car on the road so you have to make sure no one is coming opposite of you.

Everything was fantastic from the start! The booking process, the communication and the first impression of the cabin was awesome! I loved all the bear/apple themed decorations. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the swing and hot tub on the porch with that beautiful view.

Everything was fine except the television in the living room. The quality was horrible.

Always enjoy our time in TN. Staying in an Aunt Bugs cabin is the best! Always clean, comfortable, and great views of the area.

The whole experience from reservation, to check in, the stay and check out. We loved the cabin, everything about it was perfect.

Everything was good. From the check in to the check out. No problems were encountered . We chose the contactless check in ansld check out. Aunt Bugs kept in touch with us our entire stay.

The cabin was great! Everything was clean and the amenities were great! Location was great too! The only slight issues we had were not having enough towels and the fireplace wouldn’t turn on halfway through our stay. But both minor issues and we left very happy!

Everything was very nice overall. The only criticism I have is that I requested a secluded cabin & it was far from secluded.

Everything was seamless and we loved the cabin! It was very clean, gorgeous view and the folks at the office were wonderful!

The cabin was cute and private, as promised in the description. The location was perfect for coming and going from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park through a less used entrance road. The cabin was as clean as can be expected of a mountain cabin.

The cabin was just right for my wife and I. Love the hot tub and the view of the mountains.

The express check in and out process made it easy for arrival and departure

Keeping in mind that this location IS in the mountains and woods, there is nothing to complain about. (The wood bees were boring holes and making a mess and there were a couple spider webs)

It was beautiful and fun. The cabin needs to be cleaned better. If I am being changed for housekeeping which I was then it needs to be dusted and things need to be moved and cleaned behind. I clean houses for a living and I would be fired for cleaning half ass like this cabin was. I had to leave a day early because of ice storm back home in Louisiana and I would have liked a refund for that night but they don’t give refunds.

The cabin was very nice, it was a great view in the mornings. The cabin had everything you needed. Very quite,you had neighbors but you didn't even know anyone was around.

Everything was good and we will be back next year.

Check in, finding the cabin and check out was smooth and easy. The cabin was great! The views were amazing!

The reserving of the cabin was easy and the contactless check in was okay. I thought the waiting for cabin location was something I wasn't use to with some of the other companies I've used. I say this could be a problem because everyone does not always have access to email or internet service when traveling. Other companies I've used in the area provide that information before hand and you just call an automated system to get your door lock code and if your cabin is ready it gives you the code if it's not ready it tells you to call back. This is just a suggestion.

Check in was easy and contactless which was great! The cabin was clean and cool inside. Loved the jacuzzi and the deck area! Loved how secluded the back deck was. There was no iron or dish soap. I wish there were more sets of towels and toilet tissue. The mattress wasn't firm enough so a little uncomfortable Other than that, it was great and we would come back....better prepared.

This is the second time we have rented through Aunt Buggs. Check in and check out was very easy. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful experience at the Apple Bear View the cabin was beautiful and location was perfect. Easy check in and out was great for us since we got in late and only had to text to check on Sunday. We will definitely be booking at Aunt Bug's again soon!!

Cabin was perfect for 2 people,really cant complain about anything. Would recommend Aunt Bugs to anyone staying near Gatlinburg !!!

We had such a wonderful time at Apple Bear View 116. It was exactly what I was looking for during this fun getaway. The cabin was so cozy, loved sitting with my favorite man by the fireplace place after a night in the hot tub. The kitchen had all the necessary accessories for us to cook our morning breakfast. The bed was very comfy! I did not want to get up each morning. We couldn't have picked a more perfect cabin for us. We will be back!

Absolutely loved this cabin and my experience with the property management company. Everything you see in the pictures is what you get. From the immaculately clean interior, to the location and view, you will not be disappointed. The master bed was quite comfortable, the gas fireplace warm and convenient, the hot tub on the deck bigger than expected, and the location both private and conveniently located to everything you want to do during your getaway in the mountains. I can't wait to see the larger cabins and offer all of them to my travel clients. I'm so happy I found this rental company for future stays. I'm already planning my next vacation.

Absolutely loved the cabin! The check-in/check-out process was convenient and easy with a user friendly app on my android device to get updates. The cabin was perfect, very comfortable and clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. Great location near all the to-do in Pigeon Forge.

I really liked the cabin. It was cozy. The only thing I did not like was the location, it was on a steep hill.When I called to see if we could move I was told no. We only stayed 2 night, but we paid for 8 days. There is no refund given for the days we did not stay. We looked around and found a beautiful cabin. It was so much better.

They loved it! I knew the staff would take care of my family. I’ve been staying with this company for some time now and choose their cabins and service over anyone so far in the Smokies!

Property wasn't in the greatest location and was a bit hard to find even using navagation, but customer service was very helpful , other than that was a very nice , clean cabin and wasnt far from anything,( pigeon forge, dollywood, the island) , we really enjoyed our stay.. will definitely do it again and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to just get away for a couple days

We had a wonderful time at this cabin! The view from the back deck was awesome! The only thing we hated was there were absolutely no windows in the cabin that showed the awesome views! It was peaceful at this location and the bed was SO comfortable! We appreciated the fact that there was a new gas grill at the cabin rather than charcoal. This cabin is perfect for a couple and I would recommend it even though I was disappointed about no windows on the Mountain View side. Aunt Bug’s is such a friendly and helpful company. We have used them several times and they are one of our favorite companies to rent from and we usually visit the Smokies yearly. I would highly recommend this company!

I absolutely love Aunt Bug’s. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The only bad thing I could say is I checked out by texting and I called about an hour later just to make sure they knew and I don’t think anyone had checked to make sure anyone had checked out by text because the lady had no idea if they received the text so I’m not sure if I hadn’t called if I would have been charged for a late check out. Also, the blanket in our cabin had a large stain on it when we put it on the bed. I put it in the dirty clothes to be certain no one else used it. Besides that, everything was great!

House was great and the people were very friendly but had to wait over an hour for our house. Very peaceful place and overall clean. Had a great time!

We had a wonderful time, wish we would have know that the location was where it was before renting, we would have picked a different cabin. Also on the last day the roof leaked in several spots! Notified agent of this though. Also the butane bottle for grill was empty, went to replace it and received another empty bottle, so another trip down the mountain to get a full one. Also had 2 power outages for several hours and the fireplace is for looks only and it was rainy and cold! think this should be changed.

My husband and I had a great time! The view was beautiful and so was the weather. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and in the hot tub looking at the mountains.

Everything was awesome. Only thing we really noticed bad was cobwebs on the ceiling and the bbq grill needed cleaned vey badly. Other than that, We loved our stay!

We had a great time in the cabin, it was very relaxing, and the best bed we have had in all cabins that we have stayed. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure the housekeepers get all the cobwebs, and vacuum up the dead lady bugs in the corner behind the phone in living room. Other wise it was a perfect getaway for our Anniversary.

Apple bear view cabin had an amazing view of the mountains! It was also very clean & comfy!

Check in/check out was super fast, and the cabin was everything we wanted. We were close enough to the main part of town, but far enough out of town for that mountain experience.

The cabin was clean, very well decorated. Loved the view from the back porch while swinging on the porch swing.

We had an amazing time! We didn't get into town until after closing time but everything was already set up and very easy to do on our own! Everyone was very nice and helpful. The cabin we stayed in was Apple Bear View and it was wonderful! Had everything we needed for our family! We will be back in November 2017!!!
