1. Great Smoky Easter Arts and Crafts Show

The Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts Community boasts the most diverse group of artists and craftsmen in the country. Come see these local artists display and demonstrate thgatlinburg arts and craftseir craft at the Great Smoky Easter Arts and Crafts Show in the days leading up to Easter. You will be able to find unique gifts available only in this area.

The 2015 Great Smoky Easter Arts and Crafts Show takes place at the Gatlinburg Convention Center Thursday, April 2 and continuing until Saturday, April 4. Show hours are Thursday 10:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M, Friday 10:00 A.M- 6:00 P.M.

2. Brunch with the Easter Bunny

The Easter Bunny will be hosting a brunch at the Old Mill Pottery House Cafe & Grill on April 4 from 9:30-11:00 AM. Afterwards, kids will have a chance to win door prizes and participate in Easter activities.

Afterwards hop on over to Patriot’s Park for a free Easter egg hunt at 10:00 A.M, this activity is for kids up to 12 years old.

3. Easter Egg Hunt with the easter-egg-huntEaster Bunny

The Easter Bunny is staying busy this year! The Pigeon Forge Community Center is also hosting an Easter egg hunt, with hundreds of eggs laid out for the kids in community center yard. This event is FREE and open to everyone!

4. Spring Smoky Mountain Trout Tournament

Come enjoy the excitement of the Spring Smoky Mountain Trout Tournament and the trout_tourney_lg_lgpossibility for the chance to win in over $10,000 cash and prizes! Prior to the event over 10,000 trout will be stocked in over 20 miles of streams! All ages are welcome to participate in this two day event, beginning April 4 and ending April 5.

5. Easter Sunrise Service

easter sunriseThe 18th Annual Easter Sunrise Service is a one-of-a-kind experience that will leave you breathless. You will love seeing the sun rise over The Smoky Mountains while hearing a powerful Easter message. The service begins at 6:30 A.M. in Ober Gatlinburg atop Mt. Harrison.
Complimentary tram rides are provided by Ober Gatlinburg to bring guests to the top of the mountain beginning at 5:45 A.M. and will continue to run every 15 minutes until 6:30 A.M. Free parking is also available for those preferring to drive.

Local pastors join together to lead the 30-40 minute service. Collection gathered will go towards helping those in need in the county.

A breakfast buffet follows at the Ober Gatlinburg Restaurant from 7:15-10:30 A.M.
