What to Expect

This Pigeon Forge attraction features 42 climate-controlled glass gondolas. Each gondola will seat up to eight people, so the entire family can ride together! When you ride the wheel, you will experience a ride that reaches approximately 20 stories high! When you ride at night, you will be a part of a 24,000 square-foot LED light show. You will also be able to experience a panoramic view all of the sparkling lights the stretch across the Pigeon Forge Parkway.

Ole Smoky & Island WheelThe Pigeon Forge attraction is located at the Island in Pigeon Forge, between traffic lights #3 and #5 on the Parkway. To ride the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel, adults cost $14, children ages 3-11 cost $9 and children two and under are free. They offer a senior price, for those ages 60 and older, the cost is $12. Group discounts are available as well. The Great Smoky Mountain Wheel is open from 10 a.m.- 12 a.m. daily, perfect for those late nights in Pigeon Forge!
